Hi, my name is Lamia Ahmed and I decided to finally get up and start doing my part to help save the environment.

Our planet is suffering because of us. Our ever growing population cannot be sustained by our planet and we are slowly killing it. We need to remember that humans are not the only species that call this planet home. There are thousands of other species that live here, but we are the only ones with the power to really affect the health of this planet. We need to make drastic changes if we want the generations after us to be able to live in a safe and habitable world.

I have decided to raise money for the WWF - World Wide Fund for Nature - an amazing organization committed to conserve all aspect of the environment - the oceans, the forests, the animals, water availability and the climate. I will raise funds through selling pieces of art that have been influenced by the human footprint on the environment. I hope that this theme is able to create awareness and encourage a sense of urgency of how our planet desperately needs our help.

All proceeds will directly be donated to the WWF.
